Atsumeru

A year ago, for the reason of having meeting for the end of our school time period, all of the families at school gathered in the area of Minang Village. This year, we visited the same area for the same reason, but the area have been transformed to be an area of Mifan, Minang Fantasy, a miniature of Dufan.. Don’t know for sure whether it’s for goodness or badness, but during the time spent there, every one seemed to be happy and enjoying everything…

A best friend of mine suddenly at an early morning texted a short message: “if live becomes so boring, what should be done so that it returns back as the old time?”… Couldn’t write an accurate answer since so often have the same question in mind… so, I just wrote back, “how about travelling?”

Surprisingly she then shared some answers she got from other friends, such as:

If life becomes boring:

1.      Reset your mind and heart, use the most up-to-date anti-virus then re-start. Change the wallpaper. May everything good and nice will be right back and run smoothly

2.      Find something to entertain you and don’t let the feeling of bored to be a décor.  Do it immediately!

3.      Find another life (life with different dimensions from the old one), be creative and find any new style

4.      It seems that everyone having (or ever has) the same experience will have the same feeling, probably it’s only different in the level and the way of thinking or point of view, situation, etc. Every time we feel bad, we feel it like a black hole, which sucks us into it, deeper and deeper. According to my experience, if I stay there (think and see negatively), I fall deeper, hard to get up, very hard.  Therefore:

a.     I should realize where I am (going into satanic world), and what I am doing (doing the satan acts)

b.     Make up my mind (am I going to stay or do I want to leave?) and commit to the decision.  Of course, I choose to leave!

c.     Start  one little positive thing (such as think: Alhamdulillah I’m alive, I can breathe well, so on)

d.     Appreciate myself for being able to think positively

e.     Istighfar and pray, ask for Allah’s help to get out from the black hole

f.        Do a bigger positive thing than I mention in no.3

g.     Usually, Alhamdulillah, things get better as time move forward and I do, too

Good luck!

The message sent by the fourth friend seems to conclude the best solution. The way she’s thinking is amazing.  Even though it’s not always an easy task to get out from any bad situation, but as she wrote then, “the first thing you should think is don’t ever give up trying to be a good person, even it’s always difficult and hard. Then, always remember this, Heaven is still far away (but the Hell is just next door), so don’t ever give up yet!”

After getting all these messages, I felt a bit weird that the friend sending me the question was on her way out of trouble though me and some other friends, but in fact, the others and I found ours through her.  Probably that is, Life makes fun of us, always…

New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn

Rating:★★★
Category:Books
Genre: Literature & Fiction
Author:stepheni meyer
These three books are the continuation of the first book, Twilight. Honestly, I think these four books are not such books of giving the readers some strong and clear messages of moral, social or good behavior values. The strength of these books is in the story. After reading the first book, the readers may feel curious (or perhaps very curious) about the end of the story of Bella and Edward, a couple of human and vampire.

In the second book, New Moon, Edward left Bella since he thought that he may do something wrong by letting Bella love him more and more. So, even though he knows that he hurt Bella and himself, he chooses to leave Bella and wish her to find her happiness. During her sad time, Bella finds her true friendship with were wolf, Jacob. He can make Bella enjoy her life in other way as she used to be with Edward. Unfortunately, Jacob feels that he likes Bella in another way. So, their friendship starts to be burden for both of them until finally Edward returns back and has a willing to keep Bella by his side as long as Bella desires.

In the Eclipse, the problem among Bella, Edward and Jacob is the main idea. Perhaps it is true that sometimes human beings can be very egoistic, or perhaps it’s not about being egoistic or not, but a good character of Bella who always desires goodness and happiness for all people around her. However, her willingness can not guarantee happiness for all. Edward and Jacob can not understand and accept the way as Bella wants since the two of them and their families have been enemies for a long time.

Fortunately, at the fourth book, Breaking Dawn, a good solution is available. All can feel happy. Bella finds her true happiness. After reading this fourth book, readers may feel that there is always way to get the best condition, however, we all do need to struggle at the initial step. Also, sometimes, we may not know the best for those who we love until then finally we talk and find out. Assumptions may be the real obstacle for finding the truth in a relationship.

twilight

Reading the summary at the back of the book, we could think that this book would be a very imaginative one. The main characters are a girl and a vampire. What an imaginary book it could be!

However, after reading this book, the readers may get some good points about a story of another life...

It was Isabella, a teenager who used to live in Phoenix, decided to move to Forks, the place where her father lives. It was not an easy decision for Bella to move there since she hates the small narrow town, even when she was still a little girl. However, the fact that her mother married to another man, had made Bella decided to move and live with her father, a sheriff at the small town, Forks.

At the first day, there was nothing special for Bella unless that she got a warm welcome from some of her new boy school friends, something rare when she was at her old place. At the first day, Bella also met a strange family, 5 teenagers, who always kept themselves in a distance with the other students. It was more confusing Bella that the youngest boy in the group, Edward, seemed to hate Bella very much. Even, he then did not come to school in the following days after Bella's first day.

After a week break, Edward came back to school and Bella found that he was a vampire. However, they made friends and trusted their secrets to each other. Bella also found that Edward had been a teenager for more than 300 years!

It was a prohibited love for the two, and they should find a way to make everything to be accepted. It became more difficult for them when a vampire from another group of Edward also wanted Bella as his food.

Reading the beginning pages was a bit frustrating because of some complete details (too much details), however then the story flow naturally and the readers might be curious to know the end of the story. Something that readers may learn is that key of a relationship should be based on honest and communication. Also, something that we may think good for someone else may be something in contrast.
